Refund period

If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Card orders are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email on your receipt, or contact us and we will help.

What happens to your credits

When a refund is approved, the credits from that purchase are removed from your balance (your balance never goes below zero). For partial refunds, a matching share of the credits is removed.

UPI payments

For recharges paid by UPI QR, contact us within 30 days with your payment reference (UTR) and we will refund the unused amount to your UPI account.

Paddle's own Refund Policy also applies to card orders.
