By creating an account or using AI Photo Studio, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos you upload. You confirm you have the right to upload them, including consent from every person shown. Pictures you generate appear in the shared Community creations feed for other signed-in users.

2. Community creations — acceptable use

Community images, prompts and likes are shared for inspiration only. You must NOT:

• Download, re-post or sell another user's image as your own, or use it commercially without their permission.
• Use anyone's face or image to impersonate, harass, defame, blackmail or deceive.
• Create or share sexual, nude or suggestive content of real people, or any content involving minors in an unsafe way.
• Make deepfakes, fake IDs, fake documents or misleading political or news content.
• Post hateful, violent, illegal, or copyright/trademark-infringing material.
• Scrape, bulk-download or automate access to the community feed.

Copying a prompt is allowed; copying it does not give you rights to another user's picture or likeness.

3. Enforcement

We may remove any image, prompt or account that breaks these rules, without notice, and report illegal activity to authorities. To report misuse, contact the site administrator.

4. AI output

AI images may be inaccurate. You are responsible for how you use them. Your own ChatGPT/Gemini keys are used under those providers' terms and billing.

5. Liability

The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for misuse of images by other users, but we will act promptly on valid reports.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use means you accept the updated version.
